In their own words, via the Town

Before joining Council, Bob worked for almost 30 years in several business sectors including computer and technical manufacturing and construction. Bob is a fourth-generation resident of the Town of Halton Hills. Bob entered public life with a goal to help the Town balance the different perspectives between town and country residents, and long-time residents compared with new arrivals. He continues to believe this balance is important, especially given the influx of people moving to the Town from across the Greater Toronto Area. Bob's hobby is beekeeping. He has about half a dozen hives, which allow him to spend time outdoors, pursuing an environmentally-friendly interest.
