D’Arcy Keene represents Ward 4 where he has lived for over a decade and runs a small business serving the home building industry. As a business owner, D’Arcy is a strong advocate for fiscal responsibility of the Town’s finances and maximum government transparency. Personally, D’Arcy is a proud father of 4 children and enjoys golfing, skiing and hiking the beautiful trails of our town.
